… About one of the best meals I’ve had in my life. Uncle Hasely took us to Henderson’s Kitchen a farm to table restaurant located in Port of Spain, Trinidad. Everything is locally sourced and the menu is seasonal, based on what’s available on the island during the time of year.

Aside aside from the red Thai curry lobster chef Dwayne Henderson made for me the best part had to be the quaint open kitchen space the restaurant is housed in. We watched him in is element while he spoke passionately about the business he and his wife started. Downstairs his wife operates a cafe with healthy meals prepped to go. If you’re ever in my fatherland you HAVE HAVE HAVE to give this guy a call and reserve yourself a table in Henderson’s Kitchen.
